It is vast, complex, ever-growing and ever-changing, but we can break Yoga down into manageable chunks to start our own journey into Yoga and how it can fit into each of our lives in its own, personal way.

This e-book isn't going to teach you everything you need to know, but it is a great entry point with some useful practical exercises you can do to experience Yoga first hand.

We explore Breathing (Pranayama),  Movement (Asana) and Mindfulness (Meditation) and can be done on your own or with someone reading the practical sessions aloud.
